Unless you are planning to cluster your PRODUCTION Environment, your installation steps in all the environments will be almost same.

that sounds strange, try creating schemas with different prefix. Try logging in to the database and see whats happening there.

Hello Karthik, Did you try removing all the schema and recreating them again?

Can you forward the logs please. If the log says ORACLE_HOME not found, please try Registering j2ee applications from command prompt. Before running it from command prompt you have to set ORACLE_HOME. Let me know if it helps.
