Hello, We use the report to look at people who have been absent to monitor what actions we have taken with them to check that we are following our absence management process and to inform management what actions we have taken with long term sickness to understand what further support may be needed to the individual. We would like the feature as well so that we can track when changes were made and can see what a person email address was before the change was made. With other systems we are able to see the audit trail of the changes made.

Thank you for your response I have built a report with absence dates but I have not seen the ability to add absence cases and the associated documents in one report. Have I missed something as I had put off building this report so is still on my to do list.
