We managed to find the problem its that,ODV doesn't work well with the citrix apps ( i.e. virtual installation), we did the local installation on our server and things started working ok Many thanks for your help smriti

Hi, thanks , it did work when I used my admin account , but doesn't allow me to save connections when using non admin account, this seems to be a bug!?
