I have raised this with the Support Team and they suggested the same solutions. My best guess: SHA-256 encryption is causing this issue somehow, but not sure about this. I am yet to try disabling SHA-256 and keeping only SHA-128 for testing purpose.

Dear User, In screen 3, the port used is 9703. I think this has changed and you will have to use the correct port. For me, 9514 worked. You can check the same in EM. please use the port post checking in EM and then re-try.

Instead of simply saying "all temp files in OBIEE 12c", can you please state the purpose for this? As Christian already said if you need all files, you can do a simple search on Google. But if you are looking for some specific files for your work, you can mention that.
