Supported Java with OBIA 11.1.1.10.1 is Java JDK 1.7 and minimum Java Version supported with OBIEE 11.1.1.9.0 is 1.7_80+(JDK 1.7 Update 80 and above). Suggest you to upgrade your Java being used from JDK 1.6 to JDK 1.7_80+ , and re-verify if issue still exists in accessing BIACM
