@Christian Berg bar file migration done from Prod OBI 12c into non-prod OAS 6.4. However, the corresponding OBI 12c non-prod env't rpd was uploaded into the OAS 6.4 non-Prod env't. We did an in-place upgrade from 6.4 to 7.0 in one of the env's but still it is not populating the user folders.

Thank you for the updates. Issue resolved after updating the HideHiddenMetadataInViews parameter to false in the instanceconfig.xml file. <SubjectAreaMetadata> <HideHiddenMetadataInViews>false</HideHiddenMetadataInViews> </SubjectAreaMetadata>
