I got it working, I'm not sure what I did but I was messing around with another issue and might have modified a permission or role or something. Either way, it's working now.

I am still getting a Failed result in Uploads after completing the instructions. Is there a step afterwards?

I don't know if this is related, but, in FDI>Admin Console>Uploads I am receiving a "Failed" on all uploads. I looked it up and it said that custom roles needed to be mapped. I followed the instructions to add a table to the DB that maps the custom roles automatically but it doesn't seem to be working so maybe I am missing…
