Despite trying all the recommended solutions mentioned above, the BI Publisher plugin still appears under Disabled Add-ins in Word Options. When I navigate to COM Add-ins and click Go, I attempt to enable the checkbox next to BI Publisher Add-in, but it remains unchecked and refuses to activate.
