@Gianni Ceresa It's the first installation. My username in Windows is my name and surname (from email account) but in the folders is LC089686 ("C:\Users\LC089686\") @Mallikarjuna Kuppauru-Oracle I cannot access this link. Please look the screenshot:

Yes @Harriet Huang-Oracle , I've deleted the directory every time, but it doesn't work @TetyanaH-Oracle I see my CPU in a little different, do you think that it's the reason? Windows 11 Enterprise 64 bits Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10850H CPU @ 2.70GHz 2.71 GHz RAM 32,0 GB (31,7 GB usable)
