Hi Raph, I had the same issue and it took me a long time to finally solve it. I was also getting the error, even though I hadn't installed Oracle Publisher Desktop yet.To fix it, I had to delete the registry key at HKLM\SOFTWARE\ORACLE. Note: Make sure to back up that registry key before deleting it. Best regards.
