It is tested with the same user and the same Answers Report. If the user gets the right "BI Administrator Role" assigned, all is fine. If the user gets the right ""BI Author Role" assigned, the HTML Column is not visible.

the option <EnableSavingContentWithHTML> true </ EnableSavingContentWithHTML> is already set, otherwise it was not possible to save the report.
