The issues happens if the BISystem role is missing with membership of user BISystemUser. Once I added the application role and restarted the services all worked as expected. I'm not sure why the role was missing. Menus showing as expected.

In the obiprp.promptcomonents.xml file. The <TEXT> tag is missing, it only had </TEXT> tag for kmsgPromptRunTimeDropDownUnspecified. I think it may be shipped with this bug. Thanks - Been searching for any changes - No joy. As a test I changed obiprp.promptcomonents.xml - kmsgPromptRunTimeDropDownUnspecified tag with value "***" That go rid of the error, but the apply and reset buttons are still with out text
