Hi Christian, Thanks for your reply. The issue was with the Linux server on which we installed the application, both app servers were not residing on the same subnet caused the issue. Hi, Sorry for the delay in reply. Yes we do use SSO, this error is after passing the SSO. After the error in the same screen we enter the credentials manually. Thanks

Hi, same order we follow as well, 1) DefaultAuthenticator 2) MSAD As a workaround whenever we face this issue we either refresh the page or enter the credentials manually.

One more update , this is an intermittent issue we saw this issue using local account also sometimes. So with both logins its giving issue.
