Hi Brajesh, 1. email id is present in xml file (under diagnostics> xml) 2. rtf name is correct 3.path /usr/tmp exists. Thanks

We see the output as xls (spreadsheet) for the main data template based bi publisher request, its the bursting program that submitted after that isn't working , OPP log doesn't say anything and complete successfully. Thanks

It looks like bursting program's output file for email is not getting generated at /usr/tmp location as I don't see file name , /usr/tmp/111517_125433713/17000325.pdf
