We will have similar requirements once our Bigquery account is setup . however we will need help in setting up SIMBA drivers in OACS instance if possible . Is there any documentation that comes from Oracle on this ?

please convert into attribute and make sure there is right order in the category field both lat and long are required in the same category. refer to screenshot Let me know if this works for you .
