Hi , If this is business-critical then you can use OIC ( Oracle integration cloud ) which has ServiceNow connector to pull data from ServiceNow and then store it on object store or database table of your choice . Use this dataset in OAC for analysis. In the meantime hopefully, you might get connectors from OAC..

Present the folder on NAS as a mapped drive on the windows machine and then users should be able to use that info for analysis.
