I thought I found a possible solution. I edited the file %Oracle_Home%\bi\modules\oracle.bi.sysman\syscomp\create_bi_service_instance.cmd. I took out the last "..". I thought that this directed it to the correct Oracle_Home directory. I was wrong. Instead the BI Service couldn't find what it was looking for and failed.…
