Well jQuery or JavaScript, I still don't see how I can make a change in one place and have it apply to all dashboards. Just to provide some background, I am very new to OBIEE and JavaScript and have been struggling to find some helpful info on this.

I wasn't trying to say that having the lineage displayed was never a good feature, but rather was trying to come up with a solution that works in OBIEE and makes the bosses happy. Hopefully it will be a switch you can turn on/off in the future. Thanks for the input
