Hi @Syed Hamd Salman any other direction I can explore I'm trying to setup a new environment on the other hand.
-
Yeah, sure.

@Christian Berg and @Gianni Ceresa any suggestions ?
-
The first thing I did was stopping all services and starting them again and then checking if that works. But somehow even after that OBIS1 was not starting up. After trying the solution provided by @Syed Hamd Salman, it came up but still cannot access anything either the dashboard or the rpd

Firstly, I think I had attached wrong server logs last time, so here are the correct ones. The obis1 server is up and running. I cannot access the RPD online I cannot log in to dashboards

Hi I tried uploading a fresh RPD, but it gave me an error : "Operation failed. An exception occurred during execution, please check server logs." I checked the bi_server1.log and found it to be full of : "####<Jun 6, 2017 12:20:14 AM MDT> <Warning> <Cluster> <slc10exg> <bi_server1> <[STANDBY] ExecuteThread: '6' for queue:…

Hi Christian and Gianni I think that my message didn't come across as expected. I didn't mean anyone to do my job, expect anyone to go through the complete file, all I wanted to know was which is this correct log file, which log files should I look into precisely, and which error logs would be relevant, hence the word…

I have attached is the log file. The error and warnings look like this: Any pointers to proceed from here?
