Agree. Taleo Learn BI reporting tool provides this capability. For Taleo Recruiting OBI report, we forward report output to role account email box and then we have a VB script which downloads attachment and save the file to network location. thanks Sami

Marc Are you using Evaluation management module? What functionality of evaluation mgmt. module you are using? My understanding is, outlook integration is only one way and once interviewer accept and later declined that can't be captured by system. thanks Sami
