How can I connect to the catalog manager? For information, under windows 7 with the client 11.1.1.7, I have no problem to connect with the same settings! Thanks for your help

I change my JAVA_HOME to C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_231 but I still can't connect to the catalog manager! JAVA_HOME=C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_231
