Modifying the Cloud-based OTBI metadata (RPD)

I have inherited a cloud-based OTBI system (e.g. https://abcdefg-dev.fa.us1.oraclecloud.com/...). Current version is 13 (19B). Although I have a decade of experience with all portions of traditional OBIEE, this is my first time to touch OTBI. The contractors who set up the system left no documentation. I need to make modifications to the metadata (RPD).
1. In this cloud-based OTBI environment, do we have the ability to modify the RPD using the BI Admin Tool?
2. If so, how do we find and download/upload that RPD? Do we use datamodel.cmd, or is there some other method of finding the RPD?
3. If using datamodel.cmd, how can we find (or reset) the WLS user name and password (we know neither of them) for the -U and -P parameters?
Thanks!

Hi
Is this similar to BICS Oac setup. If yes, then i i know a couple of ways where you can access the objects using admin tool.
Let me know if its the same thing and i will post the steps down below.
Thanks
Vipul

This can be closed with the following answer:
No, you do not have access to the RPD and no, you will not get access to the RPD. Oracle owns the OTBI RPD.

Christian, I'm going to tag your answer as the correct one. A follow-up question, please: There are some OTBI Analyses that work just fine until we add another attribute column, at which time the fact columns all become null. The reason for wanting to see the RPD is to potentially track back through the joins and see where things might be going wrong. Without the RPD, is there any means of identifying where the problem might be found?

OTBI just like OBIA have RPDs which aren't of the best quality in terms of precision and correctness.

Christian, that made me laugh out loud - literally!
Thanks for the feedback. I understand the OBIA correlation. Sad, but true.

Very sad. For the life of me I can't figure out how "just make sh*t work somehow" trumps "doing things properly".
