Abstract:

This one-hour advisor webcast is recommended for users who are using EBS GST in Oracle and would like to know the intricacies about the Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) and Return to Vendor (RTV) process. We will help you comprehend GST compliance in this area. We are also going to explain the accounting entries generated both at Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) points of time. We also will be reviewing the Claim process for the recoverable taxes involved in transactions.
