Ideally Oracle will find a way to isolate security system opens and clicks, but in the meantime one way to remedy this would be to use an external database (or data lake) and then create custom reports outside of Insight. Not an option for everyone, but this is something I have seen other customers use.
The Salesforce Integration app is also missing the Lookup Table integration.
I have been told by support that this is not possible
The SFDC user credentials used to authenticate the Connected App will be the Created By/Last Modified By user.
The incident has been resolved and resultant email backlog is being consumed rapidly and the delay is diminishing. The team will continue to work towards improving the processing of the backlog.
this is exactly what I'm looking for. Thanks so much! Will go ahead and try this out.
Hi Edina, I came across this thread and agree, it's curious. You're right - not working for text fields. I could get it to work (somewhat) for Picklist values.
Instead I would set the validation on your inbound connections (CRM, forms, etc.) to make sure you are collecting the field values you need.
Even if you could get this to work, there is no provision in Eloqua to report on failures, so you would be left guessing if any contacts were missed because the required field prevented it from saving.
It turns out we had too many Active programs running. This community is very quiet
