Overview

In preparation for Eloqua's Move to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), some Eloqua IP Address changes are being made. As such, customers/partners who have built and are hosting apps for use with Eloqua may need to update their firewall rules so that it will allow incoming traffic from new public IP Addresses.

What’s changing?

If you have built and are hosting an app for use with Eloqua, you will need to work with your IT department to ensure that your corporate firewall will allow access to the following new public IP Address for POD7: 192.29.148.186. Alternatively, you can have them update your firewall rules to allow traffic from secure.p07.eloqua.com and it will update itself automatically.

Note: As we move through the Move to OCI timelines, additional new Public IP Addresses will be provided (per POD)

Timeline

  • You will need to ensure this change is completed prior to Oct 16, 2020. (POD 7) Note: As we move through the Move to OCI timelines, additional new Public IP Addresses will be provided (per POD) and will need to be updated before the move has been completed.

Customer Action Required

If you or a partner has built and are hosting an app for your use with Eloqua, please bring this to the attention of the appropriate marketing team member, and/or work directly with your IT Team to make the required changes prior to the Oct, 16, 2020. If you fail to do so, the inbound call from your app will fail as your firewall will block the new public IP Address.
