Update 3 (9:00am): Your cloud service is now fully restored and operational. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Update 2 (7:35am): The CrowdTwist team is continuing to investigate the cause of the issue and is working to resolve service. We will continue to provide updates as they become available. At this time ~8% of traffic appears to be impacted.

Update 1: Your cloud service is temporarily experiencing sub-optimal performance.  Rest assured we are focused on resolving the issue as quickly as possible and will continue to provide regular status updates. We remain committed to your success and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Services Impacted: Widgets, User APIs, Control Center

Notes: We are observing an increase in latency and 5XX errors, impacting ~8% of traffic. Our teams are investigating and we will continue to provide updates as they are available.
