Tracking of Mailto-Links
In Eloqua, hyperlinks in emails that open a new e-mail cannot be tracked. This is a missing feature that would help to track customer behavior better. We have several links with "feedback" options for our customers and would like to know how often they are clicked. This would deliver real value for us in our customer relationship and the improvement of our e-mail communication.
Please implement this feature soon. Thanks for voting for this idea.

It would be great if we could still use Redirect Links for this purpose . It seems to have worked in the past per the thread at Tracking a "mailto" link? but when I attempt to set up now, I recieve an error that it is not a valid URL and must begin with HTTP://

As of right now tracking mailto links feature is unavailable in Eloqua. It would be nice if it became available in the next release.

Agree with all of the above - we use it rarely but it certainly was nice when it was there. I would very much like to see this function again.

Was anyone able to find any workarounds? I created a signature link set as a Mailto. I could add info for a blind form into the html but it didn't register the clicks.
