Greater Invalid / Bounceback Insights on Contact Record
Provide the date, time and the campaign that triggered the status to change to "Invalid email" on the individual contact record. All this would be very informative on the contact record, right where it indicates that the email is marked as invalid.
Another another feature that would give greater insight is one that shows how many times a contact enters the invalid email into a form-- indicating whether the contact knows that their email is invalid.

I would say you can figure out this info via the activity log?
Also what added value would this give to you? How would you action upon seeing that info?

We often have contacts reach out to us asking why they aren't receiving emails anymore. When we research into it we find that the contact record has been marked as invalid. With no date, time stamp or campaign info, we have no way of telling when the email was marked invalid. If we knew, we could find out what triggered the status change.

The activity log only goes back a year as well--and often times the info is beyond that. And it's a pain to get to via the activity log even if it's within the year's time. Too many special clicks to get to it.

I found this great idea, looking for solutions to get the "Bounceback Message" into our CRM environments.
Imagine if we could get this one field to write from the Activity table (where it is confined to Eloqua Insight reports, not very practical for sharing with other teams) into CRM.
With a little training, a CRM user could interpret this specific message and start a very productive phone call with the recipient - to get them back on the mailing list, or, even better, get their new employer activated as a prospect.
We see a lot of different types of messages in this field. The detail can be incredibly useful, to indicate what's happening with the individual and/or their employer.
At worst, if we could map the Bounceback fields directly onto the Contact, that would be a good incremental step to help this kind of sharing happen.
