@Nard Linders-Oracle, I am having trouble setting this up. I have the app added to my Eloqua instance. I went to LinkedIn and added an app following the instructions on this page: https://developer.linkedin.com/support/faq , but when I try to add it to the Eloqua Configuration I get an "unauthorized" error.

We are having the same issue. LInkedIn shows that the updates were successful, however the Eloqua LinkedIn Account Credentials show 'Unauthorized"

Hi Cathy, Jim,
Thanks for sharing your feedback.
We have received similar feedback from other customers, and usually the issue is related to the API keys used when authenticating the Matched Audiences component of the LinkedIn Campaign Manager App.
For context, The LinkedIn Campaign Manager App for Eloqua comes with two services. LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms (Feeder Service) and Matched Audiences (Action Service). Today, Both services leverage a different Authentication protocol, where LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms simply requires a user to login with their LinkedIn Credentials, Matched Audiences actually requires users to provide their API Key/Secret manually.
We have recently updated our help center to provide more guidance on how to retrieve the correct API keys through LinkedIn Campaign Manager, by which additional information is also available through LinkedIn’s Getting Started Documentation.
Hope this helps to get things started, but please don't hesitate to reach out directly by email if you have any questions or concerns.
Thanks, Nard

Our issue is with the LinkedIn Developer. What is our LinkedIn admin to do, which part of LinkedIn should they be looking at? Would help to have screen shots of LinkedIn AND ELQ for the App Configuration. (paint by number). Thanks @Nard Linders-Oracle for looking into this for us.

Were these issues addressed? Are there any Eloqua customers currently using this app? Looking into using it, but was curious if the issues early adopters had were addressed.

I have been using this app. The key authentication process is no longer how the connection works. It is much more straight forward now. Ours works fine.

Nice article. Some of the URL's do not work anymore, perhaps you can revisit them? @Nard Linders-Oracle
