SMS channel related details are not mentioned in New Feature summary list. when it will be available kindly confirm.

As that was a sneak peek of upcoming functionality, it will not be in the New Feature Summary for 21C. The SMS Add-on offering for Eloqua will be in limited controlled availability starting in November 2021. Lots more information about it in the on-demand 21C video (above^) and more to come over the next several months as we prepare to launch it!

Can someone expand on this 21C feature please? "During form submission, if there is Contact Create/Update Processing step and Account Linkage is setup, the contact's associated Account ID is also sent."
This happens today, what exactly does this mean? For most Eloqua customers if they're connected to a CRM, then Account Linkage is on and active.
If the new Contact is unknown, are you saying there's some magic that assumes the account the new contact should be associated to?

I just noticed this release removed the "Invalid Email" status from the Summary tab on the Contact records. That was a quick and easy way to see a contact's status without having to then also click over to the Preferences tab.
Please replace that Invalid Email indicator on the Summary tab in 21D.
