Programs in Oracle Eloqua is a powerful module to automate the repetitive manual tasks related to various marketing functions.

Please see the following scenarios

1) If a user who activated the program is deleted

2) If a user who activated the program is disabled,

In the above scenarios. The program ceases to work and it doesnt give any warnings also. The program will not work until we manually find out.

To make these program work again, We will have to de-activate and activate the program again by the user who has access to Program modules. The issue gets complicated when the deleted/disabled user has activated many programs. This issue happens in many assets.

To solve this issue, I thought of a solution which I wanted to put forth.

Whenever we deactivate/disable a users account in Eloqua, We should be given a feature/Pop-up asking us to transfer the assets user created to the administrator or persons available in the company. This will ultimately solve this issue and will save a huge amount of efforts for the clients.

Can you take up this?
