Responsys 26B features mobile updates including:  

  • Multi-Profile Support on a Single Mobile app/device: Ensures that each user profile is treated independently—even when accessed from the same device, you can now associate multiple user profiles with a single mobile app/device, enabling more precise targeting and engagement tracking.
  • Consent Capture: RCS/WhatsApp messaging now records subscriber permission status via opt-out buttons or keywords, updating OTT PETs if opt-out intent is shown within 4 days of the last message.
