Allow changing of text decoration in emails

When designing an email in Eloqua links automatically have a style of "text-decoration:​none", we have been informed by Eloqua support that this is by design and you cannot remove it.

We are requesting that this become optional so that we are able to present links sensibly and according to our brand.
