Make page tags specific to their tag name

I find it a bit frustrating that I can only have one page tag no matter where it's at in my HTML.

For example, if I have a keyword of "Equipment" but I also have a separate tag of "ProductType" which has a value of equipment, they're all stored in one tag. Sometimes I want to segment on the specific tag of "ProductType" instead of just relying on the keyword value.
