Intro: CX Marketing Community Manager

Hello fellow marketers. I am Sukirti and, I am the CX Community Manager for Oracle Marketing. I can’t even begin to express how excited I am to meet everyone in this great forum. 

A bit about myself – I am from Bangalore, India and before joining Oracle, I was an Eloqua user myself. Been there, done that! Hence, I understand how challenging working on a new tool or platform can be at times. 

In this series, I want to share my journey on how I learned to use Eloqua from the perspective of a newbie turned thriving user. It can be helpful to my fellow marketers who are starting their journey with Eloqua. Honestly, we all get stuck and can use a friendly nudge in the right direction, don’t we? 

Having said so, starting next week, I will be sharing quick and easy product feature solutions and bite-sized videos to assist Eloqua users. Taking this opportunity to be the help I wish I had while in my previous work assignment.
