Event Portal Date Format Issue

Hi, I have an event set up with a number of sessions.
For each I have an action to send an email to all registrants 7 days before each session. Until now these have all fired correctly. However, the latest emails have not sent.
I checked the date in Google chrome and it is correctly 9. March 2022 (03/09/2022) ; However, when I check in Firefox or Edge, it is displayed as (03/09/2022) but the calendar suggests 3. September 2022 is selected. This would explain why the email has not sent, but I cannot find a way to fix the date, so that all other automated actions fire correctly.
