contact does NOT have linked record in CDO

Hello,

we can always add "not sent email, not clicked/opened email" etc, but not that someone should not have a record in a certain CDO. For most of the campaigns you can work with exclusion filters instead, but sometimes it just creates extra difficulties or extra unnecessary filters, or the logic you want to create is just not feasible like that
