Deleting old assets with a lot of dependencies

We've been with Eloqua since 2009, so clearly there are a lot of legacy items in our instance that need to go. We have assets for businesses we don't use anymore and thousands and thousands of campaigns and emails. None of it has ever been archived or deleted. Is there any way for me to clean this up without tracking down dependencies for each and every item?

to me there are 2 ways:

1: use the api to get all asset ids and clear them as much as possible in order using the api

2: use this paid connector from Portqii (i am not affiliated with them in any way): https://www.portqii.com/asset-dependency-manager/
