Welcome to our first “Tip Tuesday” post for Eloqua! We'll post interesting tips and tricks for Eloqua users once a week, on Tuesdays. To see more Tip Tuesday posts, head here.

Did you know you can create your own custom announcements that pop-up in Eloqua for your users when they log in? That’s right, you can!

Just as we use the in-app announcements to make sure you have the latest information on upcoming releases, maintenance alerts, or product changes, any Eloqua admins can use that functionality to alert your own users too.

Maybe it’s a new series of templates available for your users or a reminder about a critical campaign launch, the sky is the limit. You can add images (that can be hyperlinked), bold the text, add bullets and you can even add emojis!

So, how do you add your own announcement? First, you’ll need to make sure you have interface access rights to see the “Notification Center” when logged into Eloqua. Once that’s sorted, head to Notification Center>Manage Announcements> Add Announcement. You can learn more about creating your own announcements in Eloqua here.

Have an Eloqua tip you would like to share for a future “Tip Tuesday” post? Drop me a message via Topliners with your tip including any relevant screenshots/links to help share your favorite tips with fellow Eloqua users ? If your tip is selected, we’ll tag you in the post too!
