Lift "restricted HTML" limitations for dynamic and shared content -> Accessibility

The Dynamic content or shared content can be very powerful to easily reuse certain chunks of HTML managed at one location.

However, in order to be fully compliant and deliver on good accessibility I would require to be allowed to use following HTML attributes;

attributes; role, aria-hidden, aria-label, aria-haspopup, aria-expanded, aria-controls (basically all aria-* tags)
