Allow for uploading files/images with form submissions

Currently, there is no option to collect file uploads via Eloqua form fields (for example, asking a user to upload a proof of certification).

Enabling this feature could open up various use cases where a user needs to share a file or attachment, and is already possible in similar platforms.

Faced this requirement again about a month ago, had to set up a custom server etc to work around this, would be really useful to have this feature out of the box.
