Eloqua's Tip Tuesday: Changing Addresses in Eloqua User Profiles in Bulk
Did you know that it’s easy to change the physical address used in Eloqua User Profiles in bulk?
Occasionally we hear from customers that they are relocating headquarters and need to update physical addresses in Eloqua User Profiles. For example, the customer wants to make sure that sales reps have the right address used in their sales reps signature rules in any sales emails they send.
Note: this tip is not about changing your address across your Eloqua contracts. Please contact your account manager about what is required to change your physical address in your Eloqua contract if that is what you are hoping to do!
It’s easy to make any required address changes in your Eloqua user profiles in bulk. Here's how:
As Eloqua admin, you can perform a manual upload and map the fields that you want to update during the upload process. Start by going into Settings:
Click Users in the Users and Security area.
Select Download Users and download the user list:
Update the user details as required in excel and upload the file back to Eloqua. That’s it – super straightforward!
