Microsoft Teams App (equal to Cisco WebEx App)
As a Marketer/Eloqua User,
I want to have all relevant Microsoft Teams meeting/live event/webinar information by hand,
so I can build automated communication workflows based on my participants/invitees event behaviour.
Since more and more companies switch to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams is getting implemented along other MS features as the common communication tool. Therefore an App such as the Cisco WebEx App is needed to connect Microsoft Teams with Oracle Eloqua to keep automation use cases like webinars and online trainings alive/possible.
Following capabilities the App should provide an Eloqua user, that can be used on the campaign canvas and the native email editor when the app is installed:
