Hi User_YZHGG,
According to Oracle a contact is a data entity that contains the explicit data around an individual person in the database. All information about a contact are stored in Eloqua contact table.
As per a lead, that is the result of a contact within your database that is interacting with your brand and it's eligible to be sent to telemarketing or sales. You can store the lead information into a custom object and send it to your CRM. There is not a dedicated table for lead information in ELQ.
Hope this helps!
