Archiving

Hey Eloqua friends!

Simple one ... what CAN you achieve in ELOQUA - and does that "save space" and subsequently improve performance of the instance?

Currently, you can only archive forms and emails. Archiving other assets such as landing pages will be supported in future releases. More info can be found here:

Archiving hides assets from the UI but they still continue to work in the background so in terms of performance improvements - the results might not be significant.

I believe archiving assets does not decrease your Eloqua space used but it does make navigating easier given those archived assets don't show up when a user searches for assets. So, it helps create a more efficient/easier user experience. But, I don't believe it'll speed up the performance of your Eloqua. Only way I know to do that is to actually delete the assets.
