I don't know how this happen I have configured all the action and response in oracle cx sales app but now it showing that plz reinstall

if I reinstall the previous setting and configuration will be there are not I have to configure all the things from start

or is their any way to get all the configuration and setting of previous

plz tell me

Selecting the Reinstall icon will force you to go through the entire configuration process again. The app will be unavailable for all users during the reinstall. All existing assets, configurations and history are preserved when you reinstall an app.
