As at 23rd November, the Help Centre says the new ZOOM App is in CA and it's closed. The only Zoom App on the Marketplace is version 1.0 from 2016.
Where can one procure this mysterious new app please? ?

Unfortunately, the new "look and feel" has eliminated the blue header distinguishing a sandbox environment from production (since release 484 in Nov 2016) - which seems rather unhelpful.
Are there any plans to reintroduce such simple distinguishing feature?

@claudiazoglmann I'll ask the team about this! Thanks for raising it.

@derek.bell Please file an SR ticket with support to get on the CA waitlist for the new Zoom app. Thanks!

In the Customer Release Briefing (at approx. 11:20 min), PM announced a new permission which would
"Enable Eloqua admins to manage access to Cloud App Steps on Campaigns and Program Canvas"
This seemed to be a very relevant new feature.
Release 20D has introduced 2 new Action Permissions:
Install Cloud Applications - Allows a user to access to installing and configuring Oracle Marketing AppCloud apps.
Access to App Cloud Developer - Allows a user to access to the Oracle Eloqua AppCloud Developer Framework.
Neither of them seems to
"Enable Eloqua admins to manage access to Cloud App Steps on Campaigns and Program Canvas"
Would you be able to clarify if the permission announced in the Customer Release Briefing will be available in a later release?
Thanks.

@Allison Burnett - Oracle-Oracle Everything says the Controlled Availability period is closed, but we'll give it a go.

RE: Cloud App Steps Permissions - these permissions are managed at the App level. When you open any App that implements the Action Service (e.g. SF Integration App or SF Campaign Association App), you will see the new "lock" icon. If you click it, a new modal screen will come up. By default, all users have complete access to the App Canvas steps. You can restrict specific Eloqua users or user groups from adding new or modifying existing steps. It is a good idea to make sure the same group of users does not have access to the App Catalog.

Hi @JodyMooney-Oracle, we're now 3 months and (almost) another release on and everything has gone deathly silent re: the new EloquaZoom App? The Controlled Availability program seems to be well and truly closed (every time I ask support) and the "old" app is becoming really problematic (I have open tickets with both Oracle and Zoom). Are there any progress updates at all? Desperately seeking a solution to make this integration usable. Thanks!

Thanks for your note, Cam. Let me see if we can get an update from the team that built the app!

Hi @JodyMooney-Oracle, wanted to follow up on this again please as I never saw any subsequent updates. Release 21B is now being deployed and there is still no word on Oracle's EloquaZoom App. After 3 painful months dealing with both Oracle and Zoom Support, we've finally reached the incredibly frustrating conclusion that the legacy Zoom Integration App doesn't support integration with multiple Eloqua instances, meaning that organisations like ours running 2+ Eloqua instances and a global Zoom Enterprise account are unable to effectively leverage the existing integration solution. Have Oracle's plans to deploy the EloquaZoom App been permanently shelved, or is there actually a light at the end of this tunnel?

Hi Cam,
Apologies for not getting back to you. Spoke with the team that worked on it, and it still undergoing approvals. Will keep monitoring it!

Thanks Jody, appreciate the update.

@JodyMooney-Oracle I have asked about this EloquaZoom app at least 3 months ago and this is NOT launched yet. Upon researching, I see that this app was supposed to release with 20D, which was ONE FULL YEAR ago. What is going on here? The 1.0 version cannot fulfill our requirements. Please advise as soon as possible.

Good news, it looks like we'll see the "upgraded" ZOOM app in release 22A - February 2022.
