Taleo 12B - Issues Opening PDF Documents

Anybody else having issues opening PDF documents tied to candidate profiles?  The issue isn't impacting all of our users (200+) but I have been asked about it by 4 different folks.  When they try to access the PDF from the candidate list or within the Attachments tab, Taleo/Internet Explorer usually freezes before anything comes up.  They have to close down Internet Explorer and get back in.  In some cases the PDF eventually displays, but they have to wait 5-10 min before anything comes up.

They've worked with their local IT groups and IT keeps telling them it's a Taleo application issue.  Their reasoning is that the folks having the issues in Taleo do not have any issues opening PDFs outside of Taleo.
