Talent Profile Competency Section Layout

We need the ability to have multiple sections in the talent profile that have different column headings.  Managers have access to the employees' job competencies and can rate them.  Employees may have a skill that is not related to ther job but is a relevant to them such as a language spoken.  We would like to turn the languages but only displayed the language and proficiency columns.  We would like to contine you to display the rating column on the role competencie section.  Is it possible for sections in the talent profile to have different columns?
