Update Absence Balance From Time Card Data (TOIL)

Can an Absence Balance (e.g Time Off in Lieu) be automatically Calculated from Time Card Entries in Time & Labor

Hi, can anyone tell me if it would be possible to automatically calculate a 'Time Off In Lieu' Balance in Absence Management based on hours recorded in the  Time Card in Time & Labor? Perhaps Fast Formula could be written to do this? Similarly, if an employee then records a 'Time Off in Lieu' Absence Type entry then could an Absence Management  rule reduce the accrued balance accordingly?
